All Level Head Press guides, including The Calm Walk Method, are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad handles checkout and payment for every purchase, and refunds are issued through Gumroad's own refund process.
If something about your purchase isn't right — a technical issue with the download, a duplicate charge, or you'd simply like a refund — the fastest way is to use the refund option in the purchase-receipt email Gumroad sends you, or to contact Gumroad support directly through their support page. You're also welcome to email us at [email protected] and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Because Gumroad is the merchant of record for these purchases, the specific refund window and approval is handled under Gumroad's own buyer policies. We don't add extra conditions on top of that — if you reach out with a genuine issue, we'll work with you in good faith.
Our guides are delivered instantly as a digital download. If you haven't received your download link or are having trouble accessing the file, contact us first — most delivery issues are quick to resolve and don't require a refund at all.
